Returns and Refunds
Guidelines for returns and refunds:
- If the items arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original unworn/unused condition.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
- No refunds or returns of sale items.
- Customers must cover the cost of return shipping, tracked shipping is recommended as Chloe James will not be liable for any packages lost in transit.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by the criteria above, we will send it back to you and this may result in additional costs.
